GENERAL

Q. - Do you sell direct ?
A. - No, we do not sell direct to consumers, however, our products are available
at many electronic retailers and a few furniture retailers
in the United States and in Canada.
Please refer to the DISTRIBUTORS section on this site for the nearest retailer.

Q. - If I own a store will you sell to me ?
A. - Only upon our representative's approval. You must be a stocking dealer.

Q. - Are all colors available for all collections ?
A. - Each collection comes in 1, 2 or 3 in stock finishes, but all our colors are
available for all collections, shipping will take a maximum of 4 weeks.

Q. - Do you customize ?
A. - No, we do not customize in any way.

Q. - What is your delivery time ?
A. - We ship, from the warehouse, every two weeks to our retailers
across the USA and every week within Canada.
For special colors, shipping will take a maximum of 4 weeks.

Q. - How much does each model cost ?
A. - You must go to an authorized dealer for pricing.

Q. - Can we change the hardware on the collections (knobs, handles. etc.) ?
A. - No.

Q. - Can I purchase multimedia trays?

Q. - Will my flatscreen TV fit on your mounting bracket ?
A. - Our universal mounting bracket will fit most flatscreen TVs up to 60".


ALLEGRO

Q. - Is it possible to have speaker grill doors on sections B and D ?
A. - Allegro is available with glass doors only on sections B and D.


BOLERO

Q. - Is there a back panel available for the Bolero credenza ?
A. - Due to popular demand, we now have a back panel.

CONCERTO

Q. -Can I place the Concerto credenza on a regular wall?
A. -No, the two (2) sides are unfinished and must be placed in a corner only.


MOZART

Q. - Is it possible to have speaker grill doors on sections A and C ?
A. - Mozart is available with glass doors only on sections A and C .


TANGO & VIVALDI

Q. - Can I purchase the credenza only ?
A. - No, it cannot be sold separately.
